    <description>&lt;P&gt;With many companies utilizing the cloud, server and system control may come from a third party.&amp;nbsp; As is the case for Amazon RDS, the default Oracle system administrator account is not accessible although the superuser account provided does have write access to disk space.&amp;nbsp; However, the Create Geodatabase GUI window does not allow a GIS user to enter a different system administrator account for Oracle like it does when other SDE geodatabases are created.&amp;nbsp; Please remove the default Oracle system administrator and allow GIS users to enter that information in the Create Geodatabase GUI window.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
