Rework the "Batch Project" geoprocessing tool to enable the reprojection from different input reference systems, like ArcMap enables the user to do.

The Batch Project tool does already exist in ArcGIS Pro. It appears that the functionality is equivalent.

Hi @Bo_King ,

Unfortunately it has been confirmed by ESRI France : you cannot reproject layers from different CRS in ArcGIS Pro (at least in 2.8 and 2.9), whereas you could do it in ArcMap and the software was able to use multiple transformations.

Has this been corrected in Pro 3 or 3.1?

The online help indicates that this functionality exists at least as far back as Pro 2.6 if not before. This is not my area of expertise, so if you don't find your answers in this forum, I would recommend contacting Esri Technical Support.
