idea Proximity checks for Dangles, Pseudo and all other Nodes in Data Management Ideas

Can the topology rules be modified to check for node connections for line segments?

To check for proper connectivity for a street line data set I currently convert all lines to start and endpoints run a "near" function for a 25' distance and then summarize and sort the results from smallest to largest proximity. This finds errors where pseudo-pseudo nodes should be snapped to a four way intersection.

Hello Preston. Check out ArcGIS Data Reviewer's Find Dangles Check. This check is available in ArcMap's Data Reviewer or in ArcGIS Pro's Attribute Rules as Ready-to-Use rules.

https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/extensions/data-reviewer/finding-dangles-on-line-features.htm

https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/validating-data/find-dangles.htm

I use this check all the time for street centerline data and utility network data where there's valid dangles but still need to check for proper connectivity.
