Create Permissions at the feature class level

One issue that is really holding us back is the ability to permission feature classes in an SDE by adding levels of permission such as: read only with export enabled and read only with export disabled (i.e. block feature class export to option)

Preventing the ability for desktop users being able to be able to export feature classes from inside ArcMap or ArcCatalog would really help our data management and ensure that users are not hoading copies of copyright sensitive data on their own c: drive.

If this could apply to feature classes, regardless of participation in a dataset or not that would be great.

Anything that you could do to add this functionality would help greatly.
