Show directory structure in Add Data in window

I generally work with a number of different databases in multiple locations. I would really like to see the directory structure in the Add Data and Open GeoDatabase and the Open Windows.

The Open window dialog at least shows the folder your starting in. But I feel it would be very beneficial to see a full path.

There are other dialogs where seeing the full path would be helpful too.

I agree. I would like to see it in all dialogs where you are a navigating.
