The goal will be to have a feature service point layer where the public can <STRONG>submit edit requests</STRONG>. Some of the features will have attributes, others will be blank. Is there a way where I can put a hyperlink in the pop-up that takes the user to a form where they can request edits? Then, on our end, someone will&nbsp;<STRONG>approve</STRONG> of the edits, and then it will be published to the web map.</P><P></P><P>All I have seen so far is the crowdsourcing app where users can create new points..
