Is it off by approximately 2-3 feet? If so, that sounds like the transformation that occurred with it was published in Web Mercator is not the same one that's being used in Pro to transform it back to NAD83. Try both of these:

NAD_1983_To_WGS_1984_1

WGS_1984_(ITRF00)_To_NAD_1983

The first one assumes that NAD83 and WGS84 are equivalent. The 2nd one is the default one that AGOL is probably using.

Melita

I have editable feature layers that were published on ArcGIS Online that we edit with Collector.

I realize that when I publish my data to AGOL, it is transformed and re-projected to WGS84 Web Mercator, but when I add the data back into Pro, it doesn't project on the fly back into my data frame's coordinate system (NAD83 - State Plane).

It's not like I can't just manually project the data back into NAD83 State Plane every time, but isn't this supposed to happen automatically?
