This will only work if the data frame is in a geographic coordinated system. But my purposes I'm translating a polygon that is in a projected coordinate system. If I do this in ArcMap and have my data frame in a geographic coordinated system then it will work. If it is projected it will. I want to do the same in ArcCatalog so I can repeat multiple iterations.
