    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want a set of metric-based (projected coordinate system) lines and neatline in a layout,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(optional: set the data frame's coordinate system to the PCS you want to use for the grid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Right-click Layer in the table of contents and select properties.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In the data frame properties, select the Grid tab&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Start the wizard and select Measured Grid&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On the next panel, if you didn't set the data frame to the grid's PCS, change the coordinate system here (default is to use the data frame's)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Set the X and Y interval values on the same panel.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The rest of the wizard sets the line styles and some other properties.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To see the grid, you have to be in the layout view.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to have a grid or mesh in the data view, take a look at the Create Fishnet tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Melita&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can produce the map using UTM or you can set the data frame to a UTM projection, then bring in Long-Lat data or you can physically project a Long-Lat file into UTM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
