Balkan Zone 7 Projection File

Can anyone help me in creating the Balkan Zone 7 Project File. I tried doing it by myself but data is no lining up. Any help in this regards is appreciated;

MGI / Balkans zone 7: EPSG Projection -- Spatial Reference

There's a link to download the .prj file: http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/31277/prj/

If that doesn't work, are you sure you're defining the coordinate system, rather than (incorrectly) trying to reproject the data?

Or (even worse) defining something as Balk z 7 when in fact its not....

Check the attached file. Rename the prj file with the name of your shapefile.

If you have an older copy of the software, it might not be there.

But you can type in 31277 in the search box in ArcMap for instance and it will select MGI Balkans 7. Otherwise, it's in projected coordinate systems, National Grids, Europe.
