Date In-Line Variable Issue

Hi All,

I've got a SQL dataset that contains a date format of "dd-Mmm-yyyy" and i'm trying to extract rows that falls within a Start Date in-line variable and an End Date in-line variable using Select Layer By Attribute.

However the results always comes out empty as i suspect it doesn't recognize the Date in-line varible when the month goes past 12. For instance : 13th of Jan 2020.

Funny enough that somehow it does recognized if it was 1st to the 12th of Jan 2020. But not the 13th of Jan 2020.

Any suggestion?
