HI @SueDunham The GIS Jobs group main purpose is for posting jobs, it doesn't really work like LinkedIn where you post your resume and people review it. Instead if there is a job post you are interested in you would follow the guidance on that post as to where to send resume / inquiries.

The GIS Jobs group is an open group, meaning it is public and anyone can see your information, so typically there is person info on a resume that you probably don't want to share so publicly. GIS Jobs - Esri Community
