See more search results per page when using search function?

I'd like to be able to see more search results at a time when using the search function. 10 results per page is tiny. I'd like to see a minimum of 25 results per page, but my personal preference is to see 100 or more (all).

For example, I just searched for something that returned 93 results. This meant I had to page through 10 pages. It could have been 4. It could have been 1.

Is this a setting somewhere? If it isn't, could it be?

It is there... but it doesn't stick between searches or sessions

Click Search

type in the word/phrase

look over to the right to see "Advanced"

specify a number of items to return per page

Not much use currently it needs to be a system/user default

Thanks for bringing this up, @AlfredBaldenweck, and for pointing out the Advanced option to increase search result numbers, @DanPatterson. There isn't currently a way to set a default on this at the individual level. I'll bring it up with our team as a possible future feature to keep in mind.
