Unable to kudo?

Good morning,

I signed in this morning and have not been able to kudo anything.

I get a "Sorry, we were unable to complete this operation" whenever I try.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

@AlfredBaldenweck @KenBuja, The issue has been resolved, and you should now be able to give kudos. Please let me know if you're still experiencing any problems. @JesseCloutier FYI

Sorry, logged in this morning and can't kudo again.

On the plus side, it looks like I'm actually getting directed to the page I was trying to visit upon log out now, so that's good.

Ok, it looks it's an issue with the Browser. I'm getting it with Edge but not with Chrome. Unfortunately, my default browser is Edge, but hey, at least I can kudo now.

Chrome (140.0.7339.186) and Firefox (143.0.1) work, but Edge (140.0.3485.81) doesn't for me.

I have this issue about once per week on my desktop computer. My solution is to email myself the link and bring it up on my phone. I'm able to kudo the posts on my phone.

Update: Our team has published an article on this and will provide an update when it's fixed. Known Issue: Intermittent Kudos Button Failure
