Please stop sending me direct mail

Hey ESRI, I would like to stop receiving Esri publications to my home. I am well aware of the Esri subscriptions website as I visit it every month. As you can see from the screen shot I have unchecked all publications. Still, I keep getting ArcNews, Esri News for State and Local Government, and I suspect in a month or two ArcUser will start coming again like it always does.

The subscriber IDs that come to my home are:

33898642 Gabrisch

35148473 Joerger

@JesseCloutier I have the same problem as Gerry. Online the subscriptions are unchecked but I still receive ArcUser and ArcNews. I'm not even a subscriber anymore. Can you make sure these publications stop? Thanks.

Hi, @JesseCloutier. I see another copy of ArcUser appeared at my door - the Summer 2025 issue. This issue has a subscriber number 9940061. Can you please cancel this subscription? I am not going to even try to do that myself as I am convinced the go.esri.com/subscribe page is a fake site.

@GerryGabrisch, our team working on subscriptions has confirmed that this new subscriber number 9940061 has been opted out of mailings; however, it's you may still receive a print mailing if it was included in a send prior to that action. They also double-checked that the two subscriber numbers you'd initially sent us had been successfully opted out (33898642 Gabrisch & 35148473 Joerger) and confirmed that they were. All the best!

@JesseCloutier, maybe it's a 'send prior to that action' thing but it's 11/11/2025 and I just got a copy of ArcUser to 9940061.
