Thank MVPs by giving them ArcGIS Developer license

As mentioned in the Our Thanks to Esri Community MVPs post:

As a token of appreciation for the thousands of hours these kind people have spent helping Esri customers, could Esri do something like offer the MVPs free Esri software? Something significant, such as a free ArcGIS Developer license, which is otherwise unaffordable for personal use.

That seems like a fair trade. Esri wouldn't lose anything, since it's not like the MVPs are paying for ArcGIS Developer for personal use (not affordable). It would show the MVPs that Esri truly does appreciate all the time the MVPs spend helping Esri customers.

I mean, if you land in the top 3 spots for answering questions, you do get one. But I'd like to see maybe an "active MVP" threshold for it, not just a contest. If an MVP is contributing a certain number of posts / solutions in a given time period, that's valuable time spent, regardless of winning any contests.
