Error Launching Courses on Esri Academy

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue with accessing courses on Esri Academy. Every time I try to launch a course, I receive an error message that says: "Error launching course."

Here are some details about the issue:

Browser used: [Chrome , Firefox ]
Steps I’ve tried: I cleared my browser cache and tried different browsers, but the problem still persists.
Courses affected: [ALL]

If anyone has encountered this issue before or knows how to resolve it, I would appreciate your help.

I'm facing the same issue with Esri Academy courses.
Tried clearing cache and using different browsers, but no luck.
Hoping for a solution soon!

The issue has been resolved, and Esri Academy is now working very well. It seems that the maintenance process for Esri Academy has been completed.
