Why is my Avatar not updated when I choose a different picture?

I have tried to change my avatar, but nothing happens. I can upload a new image, but it not used as avatar. When selecting an image from the collections, I can choose one, but the old avatar stays the same.

Hi @Stefan_Offermann, thanks for the question!

Did you try going into your profile settings to upload your avatar image? Please refer to the screenshot below.

Make sure your image is a valid file type which includes: *.jpg, *.JPG, *.jpeg, *.JPEG, *.gif, *.GIF, *.png, *.PNG. You can also find the How to set up your profile - Esri Community document to be quite useful when navigating through your profile settings.
