Creating a new Group for Hearing Impaired/deaf/Hard-of-Hearing in GIS ?

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right place to post it or somewhere else.....

I am curious about creating a new group . What if I want to create a new group to designeated a specific disability group called Deaf /Hard of Hearing in a new group ? I'd like to connect others and have a chat and discuss about GIS stuff, expereinces, communicate......
