Shortlist Map not loading externally

Hello. I'm not sure the issue here. I have created a shortlist map for our city parks and internally everything seems to work fine. Externally however, I'm not that it either just spins and never loads or it comes up with Error 404 - File or Directory Not Found. I'm including the link if anyone can give me some insight that'd be great!

That ParksShortlist folder either doesn't exist on your web server or has not been made public. For example I can get to here: https://maps.ci.liberty.mo.us/ and access the other entries, but not ParksShortlist or Parks ShortlistOld.

I found the web map your Shortlist is using in ArcGIS Online and I see the same issue if I open it in our Shortlist test instance: http://storymaps.esri.com/templates/shortlist/?webmap=c120aa2ad75c45769a4637db74324606&DETAILS_PANEL=true

The web map opens OK but none of the images are accessible because they are also in your inaccessible ParksShortlist folder:

So it's not an issue in the Shortlist app, it's an issue on your server to look into.

Thanks for the heads up! It's been a while since I had added a new map on our city web server (been doing mostly ArcGIS Online maps) and so had forgotten that after I add it to the wwwroot folder that the IT guy has to then add it to our proxy server!!! It works now!!!
