Looks great. I was able to sign in an see my storymaps on my public account but not able to sign in to my org account. It did not work in either Firefox or Chrome.

Hi Paula, if you sign out of My Stories | Story Maps (if you are signed in) and then sign in again with your ArcGIS Org account, what do you see?

When I click sign in, I get the little 'splash screen' with the sign in. After submitting that the splash screen goes away but where it says sign in (top right of page ) it continues to say sign in. If I then click my stories I get other stuff but not my stuff and if I hover over the check stories button it says "wait while we work some magic" and then nothing else happens.

I'm guessing there is something with the cookie that didn't work correctly. For now, I would suggest signing out of all ArcGIS Online accounts and trying to login again. If that doesn't work, you can clear your browser cookies or just try it on a new browser.

Were you signed in to an ArcGIS Online on your org account when you navigated to the My Stories page? Do you remember if it's a one-time sign-in or if you had checked the "Keep me signed in" option?

Have tried on different browsers over two days and after having rebooted the computer. Will try clearing cookies.

Sorry to report that did not work. Still won't sign me in/load my story content. Works from my public account but not from my org account.

I was not logged in at all (except to geonet and then I tried it after logging out of geonet, no difference). I just went straight to the storymap.esri page and tried from there. I just tried logging into my online/org account and then going to storymaps.esri. No difference.

Hi Paula

When you login to ArcGIS Online normally, what's the URL of the ArcGIS for Organizations home page you get to? I just want to make sure you are using an organizational account on ArcGIS Online, and not using a Portal for ArcGIS account (Portal for ArcGIS is an Esri product, part of our Server platform, that lets enterprise's set up their own on-premise cloud behind their own firewall instead of using the ArcGIS Online cloud - My Stories doesn't support Portal for ArcGIS accounts).

Hope this helps. Thanks for trying to sort this out. I can of course just keep working the way I always had, but the 'check' feature is quite useful. It found a glitch with a story map I had on my public account and I fixed it right away.

Sounds great. Just went to try it out and my anti virus software (Kaspersky) blocks the website when I sign in for lack of certificate! Can't even override!!

What's up with that?
