New Map Tour is breaking my Web Maps!

Heads UP! If you use Bing as a base in your Web Map then build a Map Tour using that Web Map and save the tour, your Web Map will break. I found this out the hard way but then went back and did a few tests and here is what I found.

When I make a Web Map using Bing Maps Roads as a base, the Map Contents section of Details shows this url reference:
http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcgisonline/bing-maps.html

When I use this Web Map in a Map Tour and save the tour, the url reference for the Bing Maps Roads base changes to this and the map will no longer open.
http://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/v1

Oddly this only seems to happen when saving from the Map Tour (I resaved the Web Map in the Map Viewer and everything was fine).

I have Map Tours that currently use Bing as a base and I'm afraid the next time I update them and hit save, I will break my Web Maps which would obviously be very frustrating.

Anyone else experience this?
