      <title>Map Journal - Developer Version: What is the builder for?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; I wonder what the builder files (src\app\storymaps\common\builder) in the developers version of the Map Journal template are for?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can the builder be accessed from a (private) webserver-hosted Story Map in any way or is such feature reserved for ArCGIS Portal? I am asking as I wanted to experiment with some of the builders features, maybe add some buttons and functionality. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
