Cascade Banner logo changes color

As I scroll through the storymap the banner at the top of the page changes from clear to black. How can I keep the banner clear so it does not "wash out" my black logo?

Can you share your story map link here?

Which map are you using? And when you say clear, do you mean translucent? Or having a certain percentage of transparency that you define?

Thank you for your quick response. I can't share the link because it is for a client. You are correct - I mean translucent (not clear). The clients logo is black so when I scroll down the cascade map the banner changes from translucent to black and covers up the logo. I can't figure out how to change the banner at the top to translucent. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer. I really appreciate it.

So I take it you are using the Cascade Story Map? Unfortunately I have not toyed around with that one yet so I am not sure that I am the best to answer this question! How is it hosted? Are you hosting it yourself or is it hosted in ArcGIS Online?
