Where have my story maps gone?

I made two or three story maps just a few months ago, and now they are gone.

It says there: An error has occurred. The map journal does not exist or is inaccessible.

The page My Stories | Story Maps does not indicate that I ever created any story maps, but I did.

Is it possible to retrieve these somehow? Thanks.

Hi Maurreen -- Sorry you aren't able to find your story maps. Is it possible you created them with a different account or a Trial account that has expired? I would suggest that you contact Esri Technical Support for assistance with this.
