I've updated the layers successfully in the web map itself, but when I try to turn on those layers within the "Map Content" window in the Journal builder the on/off toggles don't work. Attached is a screenshot of the window I'm having issues with. I can toggle on and off the Esri basemap layers, but the on/off toggling for any other layers (including map notes, layers from map services, etc) will not work.
