Story Map Tour Template failing to load

Good Afternoon everyone,

I have asked a few members of my team to have a go at creating interesting story map tours for Golf Courses and a festival in our authority. However, whenever anyone tries to access the template we are all getting the page loading bars and nothing else. All other templates work fine but not the one we actually have a demand for. Has anyone else experienced this? It seems like the page is being blocked for some reason. Does anyone have a way to resolve or is it (as I fear) down to our internal firewall?

Hi,

I would go for a firewall issue but other ArcGIS Online apps should have the same issue then.

Could you check if you can open the following apps?

Hi Gregory,

The first 2 templates loaded no problem (and looked fantastic) but the

third link didnt. When I inspected the element on Chrome I saw the error

message

"Failed to load resource. The server responded with a status of 403

(Forbidden)"

Hi Jamie,

Thanks for testing those. I am very surprised by the issue you face, that resource is loaded by so many apps in ArcGIS Online. Before I ask internally if this can be a server issue, can you confirm that you have loaded multiple times all those applications and the issue only happen with the third link? Is the issue consistent or does the third application also load sometimes? Can you reproduce it on other computer?
