Map tour custom caption populating in attribute table

I am trying to customize the caption in my story map tour. However, the text that I write in the caption is also populating in the hosted layers attribute table. I don't want this. I simply want to add additional text to supplement the field that I have designated to be in the caption. I have seen other story map have a long text description so I know it can be done. Why is my text also populating in the hosted layers attribute table?

I've tried to add a <div> tag but that wasn't the solution. Anyone have an idea how to write a custom caption but not have it populate to the hosted layers attribute table?
