Story Map Map Tour won't open

I have a Map Tour story map that will no longer open. Checked out the online Assistant, 1) no errors are listed when I Check Stories, as per other posts about story maps not opening. I have a lot of time invested in this and would really like to get it back. Starting over, as some have suggested seems crazy.

Daniel Oles helped me resolve this issue. Apparently, I turned off the Map Tour layer in the map that I was using. This caused the Story Map to hang up when it tried to load the information.
