      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to create an inset as a rounded data frame within my main map.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used 100% rounding for both my background and border to create a circular frame.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I export the output map, there a square white border around my frame (attached image).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to remove that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The technicial support article is here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000002769"&gt;Data frame, inserted pictures, and inset map are not transparent on output&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which contains work-arounds as well... but the biggest recommend is to use ArcGIS Pro to do your printing and export to PDF or SVG and not Illustrator&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
