Thus, I upgraded to ArcMap 10.5.1 and installed patch hoping that Esri fixed this issue, but I am still having the same issue.</P><P></P><P>It will be clearer if you see the attached chart in my layout compared to what it looks like when it gets exported.</P><P></P><P>&nbsp;The work around I found is draw a box and text and then place the box and text where they are not showing up on export, but this is extremely time consuming.</P><P></P><P>This is really frustrating and I can't imagine that nobody else has seen this issue.
