Hi @ForrestLin new component pages include some additional follow-up from the team, so can take a few weeks until they go live after a release. Happy to share the new Dialog component page is now available: https://developers.arcgis.com/calcite-design-system/components/dialog.

What's difference between Dialog and Modal? Can Dialog be floating (movable)?

Calcite is finalizing some additional configuration in the near future, including the ability to resize and drag the Dialog component via #9875. Dialog also has support for Modal behavior, and would recommend exploring the Best practices section, in particular on Modal behavior.
