If you choose the only sqlite option (spatial) , the connection remains red and doesnt let you read data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steps to repro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Add a new reader&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Choose sqlite non-spatial&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select a database&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click Parameters (since you have to because it is red)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In the database dropdown, choose the only Sqlite option (Sqlite Spatial)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Give it a name and specify database&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you test it will say it isn't licensed. I do not see any way sqlite&amp;nbsp; non spatial db can be read&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ArcGIS Pro 2.4.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Sean&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This looks like a UI bug.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can copy-paste a reader into a workspace so I'll share that with you, but I'm on Pro 2.5 so the FME Engine will be 2019.1.2, if this causes the SQLITE3 reader to not arrive let me know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We found the issue, you can fix it &lt;STRONG&gt;for Pro&lt;/STRONG&gt; by renaming this file (don't delete it, see below):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Data Interoperability for ArcGIS Pro\formatsinfo\sqlite3.db&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This action will need to be undone when installing Pro 2.5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue will still be found in ArcMap/Catalog until ArcGIS 10.8.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
