      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your question is a little vague, so that gives me some wiggle room to make assumptions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assumption 1:&amp;nbsp; You have a network created that allows you determine your desired drive time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assumption 2:&amp;nbsp; You have a feature class of some sort of Zip codes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can either do a drive time&amp;nbsp; service area and perform a spatial selection such that the Zip Codes intersect the service area or use the actual drive time routes and spatially select the Zip Codes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/migrated-users/252836"&gt;Joe Borgione&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;has the right idea.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would add a word of caution about Zip Codes -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These are amorphous, and they are not true polygons as explained in much detail&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://www.georeference.org/doc/zip_codes_are_not_areas.htm"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;;&amp;nbsp;they are delivery routes, and the Postal Service can and does change them regularly. I understand managers want to leverage these as predetermined service areas but it's a nearsighted approach.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
