      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have MS Office 2010 Professional on a laptop mostly just using Excel. For some reason, the program crashes frequently when I am opening xls document. &lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas on what is going on? I really need to fix this before next Sunday. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;To resolve this problem, try the following methods, as appropriate, in the given order:&lt;BR /&gt;1.&lt;BR /&gt;- On the Start screen, type Control Panel.&lt;BR /&gt;- Click or tap Control Panel.&lt;BR /&gt;- Under Programs, click or tap Uninstall a program.&lt;BR /&gt;- Click or tap Microsoft Office 365, and then click or tap Change.&lt;BR /&gt;- Click or tap Online Repair, and then click or tap Repair. You may have to restart your computer after the repair process is finished.&lt;BR /&gt;2. &lt;BR /&gt;Сheck whether the file associations in the system are performing correctly, reset the Excel file associations to their default settings. &lt;BR /&gt;If you still experience this problem after you try all the methods, click here for additional help: &lt;A href="http://www.xls.repair/"&gt;http://www.xls.repair/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
