If a Portal user adds a feature and keeps all default values for other fields then the attribute rule will be triggered. If a user adds a feature and, for example, just adds a note into the comment field then the rule does not work. This, however, does not seem to be an issue in mobile applications or editing within Pro.</P><P>The calculation rule populates our uniqueIDs within our UN, I've attached an image of the settings.
