    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am wanting to use an Instant App where the public will submit request points, but I want to limit their submissions to only areas of another feature class. &amp;nbsp;First, is this possible in a validation rule? &amp;nbsp;If it is, is it then possible to warn the submitter with some sort of message if they place a point outside any of the polygons?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
