Make it easier to view Attribute rule timing/console messages in Server Manager log

I appreciate the ability to see the console messages and time to execute in Pro's Diagnostic Monitor.

And I understand these are also written to the ArcGIS Server Logs, but only if in Debug Mode.

When the Attribute Rule has the Exclude from Application option checked (Which some rules require), you will only see them in the log, not the Diagnostic Monitor.

I would like a easier way to see those messages in Server Manager. Debug mode is too hard to parse and can do havoc to our performance/storage.

So perhaps move those to a different log level, create its own log level, or if possible have it write to Pro's Diagnostic Monitor (I realize this may not be possible).

In the Server Admin Logs Query Section, if you added a way to Filter By MethodName, (i.e. AttributeRule*) that might help, but would still require turning the Debug Logging mode on.
