Will ArcReader 10.1 open a 10.2 pmf?

I read that one feature in 10.2 is more backwards compatibility. Is this true for ArcReader? In the past we had all the users on version 10 and I was on Desktop 10.1. Every time I wanted to change a pmf I had to go to another computer and do it in ArcMap 10. Now we have pushed out 10.1 ArcReader. If I update to Desktop 10.2 will I be right back where I started?

I found out it will work after calling ESRI and having them check.

I'm 99% sure that it does not work. Because it will not work between 10.1 and 10.0. 10.1 was a major change from 10.0. 10.2 is more like a service pack.
