Hi everybody. If you created a Data Package, just import your domain (Table to Domain) into the fresh Exported fGDB (into the \Data Directory) or replace the FC with the original one. The Exported fGDB loses unfortunately the Domain... Hope it helps, Chris

I have a feature class where I have some domains set up in file geodatabase such as ex. 1-Residential, 2-Commercial, 3-Public Place etc but they do not show up in published maps. I just see 1,2,3 etc instead of actual description. Is that the way it works?
To go around I have to export to shapefile, create new text fields, populate them with values and then publish. Would like to avoid all this hassle with extra work

Hola Ivan,

Within my testing in a 10 & 10.1 environment, I was able to set up domains with code as numbers. Within the description was populated with the necessary information, I then created a pmf file and identified the features. The information for my new field which I had applies domains against seemed to return with the description information of the domain and not a number of the code. If you would like to work together through this issue you are seeing, and are current on your maintenance. Please log a webform and I would be happy to work with you in more detail. Gracias, Ivan!

Support Service
1-888-377-4575
http://support.esri.com/en/webform/s...275/chat/false

Once I have some results, I will reply with the results for you. Provide me a detailed work flow, on how you are walking through this to create your pmf file and I will test it for you.
