Hello,
I installed Windows XP SP3 ArcReader10, but when I open a facility ArcReader10 commense and gives me an error (The setup is complete ArcGIS as a resource is in use. Close all applications and then restart setup) I have no applications open and ArcGIS ArcReader also installed 10

I deinstalled a previous version of ArcReader, apparently sucessfully. Installed ArcReader10. When I try & open the program nothing happens. No error messages. Just nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

I have ArcGIS 10 running, but ArcReader 10 was not installed. So I downloaded it, but when installing I get the error message that there are residues of a 9.3.1 installation. Checking the Control Panel and the "Programs" Folder, I can't see any residues of a 9.3.1 installation any more, so it must be in the registry. Checking "regedit" I also don't find any residues of 9.3.1.

Under these circumstances, how can I install ArcReader 10?
