    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I need to supply an ArcReader 10.1 pmf but don't want the data package to be copied/reproduced (i.e. locked).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What does "locked" mean in reference to the "Compressed and Locked File Geodatabase" data format when creating a data package for use in ArcReader?&amp;nbsp; The resulting pmf works beautifully, but the associated data package appears to not be locked (i.e. the layers can be opened and exported in other ESRI products).&amp;nbsp; Help documentation implies that the data package can only be opened in ArcReader.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Most layers are originally sourced from two File Geodatabases (all simple features), two are sourced from shapefiles.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there any comprehensive information for the requirements of this data package setting?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kate&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
