    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We recently upgraded to Arcreader 10 &amp;amp; placed our mapping on 2 brand new windows 7 laptops.&amp;nbsp; Arcreader keeps freezing up &amp;amp; it will go to not responding.&amp;nbsp; It usualy will finaly give you the option to close the program or wait for it to respond.&amp;nbsp; Typicaly after a few minutes it will "wake up" &amp;amp; continue working.&amp;nbsp; Anyone have any ideas to get this to stop?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are having the same problem and we are using ArcReader 10.&amp;nbsp; The find button, depending on the machine can take anywhere from 15 sec - to 2 minutes and acts if it is going to lock up, sometimes it does lock up and sometimes FIND finally opens.&amp;nbsp; After that the tool works fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Were you able to fix this issue. I'm seeing this as well and also right clicking the find results and clicking Identify won't open the identify window. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Occasionally it flashes in a minimized state then disappears entirely.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
