The U1 has a integrated digital camera and when I try to use the camera to capture a photo in a feature it crashes ArcPad. I have tried this with a Quick Project as well as other shapefiles and no luck. I have the Camera Options set to Windows AVI Capture and the camera checked in the Advanced Options under Extensions.
