Remove Arcpad App shortcut 10.02

Hi, I've happily created an app shortcut which shows in my ArcPad Today screen. However, after checking in edits then checking out the blank schema again I saved the app into a new dated folder. Therefore when I move the axf etc to the device it has a different folder name and my default shortcut doesn't work. I have created a new shortcut but the icon from the old/first shortcut still shows on the Today screen. How can I delete this old shortcut/icon? I can't find the shortcut in any folder incuding MyArcpad. Is it sort of imbedded in the Arcpadpref.apx?

Hi Jenny,

The ArcPad App shortcuts live in the Start Menu\Programs list on your computer.

On Windows 7 the path is:
C:\Users\<your profile>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\ArcPad Apps

On XP:
C:\ Documents and Settings\<your profile>\Start Menu\Programs\ArcPad Apps

On a mobile device:
My Device\Windows\Start Menu\ArcPad Apps

From there you can delete individual shortcuts or the entire program group.
