My own research has produced conflicting information about this. Based on what I can find, it looks like I can use the Trimble Position Desktop add-in with a 'Basic' Desktop license to post process our GPS data, and that the Trimble Positions extension to ArcPad 10.1 will also work, but not with feature classes from enterprise (SDE) geodatabases.
