Google doesn't own the data for the areas you've mentioned.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you can afford to purchase a GPS unit and an ArcPad license then you can afford to get some aerial photography of these areas. It's likely cheaper that you might think. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Check out DigitalGlobe or TerraServer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You could always collect the GPS data you need without a base map on the GPS unit. You don't need background data to collect GPS positions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Original User: feobee&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have project outside of North America and Europe and we looking for affordable mapping options and we are wondering if it was possible to use google earth export for ArcPad.&amp;nbsp; The alternative option of purchasing street maps from commercial mapping companies is not option so any suggestions on alternative solutions would be most welcome. We are looking for maps for a Hangzhou China and Block in Kerala India.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
