Problem with offset ArcPad with laserace 1000

Hi,

I bought LaserAce 1000 and I would like to use it with offset 1 point option in ArcPad 10.0 R2 version.
I custom all connection and check GPS/Rangefinder Debug tool opens, where is all correctly.
And than I activate point layer and offset command, like and tap reference point A, and than I have problem because arcpad don't input date from laserace 1000 to referenece point or offsite point.

I'm not sure that I understand what you are saying here, but I see some things in your statement.
Offset command give you an offset of number of feet, meters, etc. from your current location to your ping location. ArcPad will move the point on your map.

Perhaps you are having bluetooth connection issue.

ArcPad will move the point in the distance and direction provided by the LaserAce. If you are talking about GPS offset from reference point "A" you do not need the LaserAce for this function. That is offset from a line feature and you chose the distance and side in ArcPad.

Please clarify your question and will try to help more.
