Average GPS Locations

Does anyone know whether or not ArcPad stop collecting GPS locations after the minimum position reached?
If I set minimum of 50 points to be average for one location, does ArcPad continue to collect the GPS point until you click OK on the form?

Hello,

When creating point or line features with a GPS, ArcPad will stop averaging after the required number of GPS positions has been received and averaged OR averaging will stop once you have tapped the ok button. While averaging GPS positions, you can continue to type in attributes (in the Attributes page or a custom edit form) without waiting for the position averaging to be completed. This is particularly useful if you have specified a large number of GPS positions to average.
