projection and datum problems with ArcPad 7.1

Hi, I have the following problem with ArcPad 7.1:

/My documents/PrjData.dll
not found
Projection and datum
transforms may not operate correctly

I understand that the projection and datum are not found in my document, but to do in this situation. I hope your help, thanks in advance and greetings from the beautiful Quisqueya.

This is a known issue in ArcPad 7.1 which is documented in the following KB article:

Error: PrjData.dll not found. Projection and datum transforms may not operate correctly.

The workarounds would be as follows:

1. Modify the System Files Path in the ArcPad Options > Paths dialog box to display C:\Program Files\ArcPad 7.1\System (Tools > Options > Paths > System Files Path)

or..

2. Delete the ArcPadPrefs.apx in My Documents before opening ArcPad 7.1 for the first time. (Or rename the current ArcPadPrefs.apx file to ArcPadPrefs_old.apx).
